My Recognition

The UnityPoint Health Honoring YOU recognition program is designed to be fast, friendly, fun, and motivating. We want to make it easy for team members to recognize outstanding work – and to be recognized for the exceptional work you do and continued service you provide.

The recognition program can be manager-to-peer, peer-to-peer, or both. The recognition program has both non-monetary and monetary rewards.

The FOCUS Luminary Award is given out every year to recognize three team members who set the standard in living our FOCUS Values.

The FOCUS Luminary Award was created by the Culture Advisory Council to:
