UnityPoint Health provides a robust solution for education assistance. The program offers a comprehensive analysis that will help identify the best approach for each team member’s unique situation, whether it be in the form of student loan forgiveness through Federal programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), refinancing student loans into lower rates and improving payment schedules or tuition support. How the Benefit Works:
All team members will go through the Student Loan Financial Planning process with Fiducius. Multiple factors, including education goals and plans, income, household size, student loan balance, etc., are used to determine which combination of solutions provides the most significant financial wellness benefit to the team member. This process is delivered through an online platform and interaction with expert Advisors.
Team members participating in the Loan Relief benefit will also receive a Student Loan Financial Wellness Plan outlining how they can better manage their student loans.
This benefit is available to all employees regardless of where they are in their educational journey. Employees in school, returning to school, or having completed school are encouraged to participate in the benefit, which can be used with other educational benefits.
UPH Training Station (Cornerstone)
UnityPoint Health is dedicated to helping its team members stay informed of the latest developments in healthcare information. To further this purpose, UnityPoint Health offers all team members the opportunity to complete their mandatory departmental and regulatory learning education through computer-based learning modules using UPH Training Station (Cornerstone).

Referral Bonus Program
UnityPoint Health team members who refer an eligible candidate to our organization are awarded a bonus as part of our Employee Referral Bonus Program.
If a candidate is hired through the referral link, the referring employee will receive the first taxable payout in the pay period following the referred hire’s 30-day anniversary. Additionally, they will receive their second taxable payout in the pay period following the referred hire’s one-year anniversary. Both the referring team member and the referred team member must be employed with UnityPoint Health at the time the bonus is paid for the referring team member to receive the bonus payout.
