Open Enrollment for 2025 benefits will occur from October 29 through November 12, 2024

Welcome to 2025 Open Enrollment!

Here you’ll find important information about this year’s Open Enrollment, which will run October 29 through 5 p.m. CST on November 12, 2024. Open Enrollment is the time of year you can make personalized decisions about which benefit offerings best serve you and your family. The benefits you select during 2025 Open Enrollment will remain in effect for the 2025 calendar year unless you have a qualifying life event.

The benefit guides below are designed to help you learn about your 2025 benefit options. We encourage you to find the guide that is applicable to your role and review the information carefully. If you do not see your affiliate/role specifically listed, please select the “All Other Team Members” or “All Other Physicians” option.

How to Enroll

Enrolling at Work

As in previous years, you will complete the enrollment process within the Lawson platform. Please use this tip sheet to learn how to enroll using Lawson.

Enrolling from Home

While you can always complete your enrollment at work, you can also enroll at home. You can also easily access Lawson remotely with any personal device to enroll in benefits. Take advantage of this tip sheet to learn how to access Lawson remotely, and begin your benefits enrollment process.

  • To access Lawson remotely, you will need to make sure you are enrolled in multi-factor authentication first. Use this tip sheet to learn how to enroll if you haven’t done so already.

    • Please note that your user experience may vary depending on which type of browser or device you are using.
    • For the best user experience, it is recommended you enroll in your benefits using the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
